Ingredients : sugar, milk proteins, maltodextrin, salt, flavorings, acidity regulator: citric acid. It may contain eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, sesame, sulfur dioxide and their derivatives.

Storage Tips : store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight and heat sources.

How to use :

  • To make fragrant meringues and pavlova: Whip 300 g of mix with 90 g of hot water for about 10 minutes until the mixture is firm and firm. Transfer the mixture into a pastry bag and form small tufts on a sheet of baking paper. Bake for about 2 hours in a pre-heated oven at 60-80 ° C. (* About 80 meringues with a diameter of 2.5 cm).
  • Perfect for covering and decorating desserts: whip 300g of mix with 90g of hot water until you get the desired consistency. You will be able to create decorations with a solid structure but soft to the taste.
  • Ideal for stabilizing the buttercream: use your usual recipe and add 30 g of mix to 500 g of butter. You will get a perfect buttercream!
