FunCakes Chocolate Chunks Milk -350g-

These chocolate chunks milk from FunCakes are bake stable pieces of melk chocolate. Very suitable for making chocolate chip cookies.

Preparations: Pour the desired amount of chunks directly into the desired product (e.g. cookie dough).

Ingredients: sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter (15%), cocoa mass (11%), whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy), natural flavouring (vanilla).For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: nuts. This product is: Halal certified. Contains minimum 25% cocoa solids.

Storage: between 16°C and 20°C, dry and in closed packaging.

Content: 350 gram.

Due to different temperatures, the chunks may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the melts.
