PME Glycerine 35ml

The PME Glycerine is a viscose, clear, colourless liquid with a slightly sweet taste. It is mainly used to soften icing but can also be added to cake recipes where flour is used to create a softer crumb texture. And is also used prevent royal icing from setting too firm.

Ingredients: glycerol content, water, sulphated ash, butanetriols. This product is : Kosher certified, suited for vegetarians.
