The SmartFlex fondant black is easy to handle and is great for covering cakes, making figures or any kind of decoration. The fondant can be rolled out very well and thinly. It does not tear, crack or stick during rolling. The surface is perfectly homogeneous with a velvet feel. It can be used in different ranges of temperature from the Mediterranean to Scandinavian.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seed), modified starch (potato starch), black food colour (E153), thicker (xanthan gum), flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid).
Storage: store in a dry place, 16-23°C, protect from light and air. After opening put back the remaining fondant in the original packaging to avoid drying.
