The FunCakes Food Colour Gel Set is suitable for colouring batter, creams, dough, fondant, marzipan, icing and gum paste. They are high quality edible colourings, allowing you to easily create deep colours. The FunCakes Gels are liquids, coming in a convenient tube. This makes it possible to control distribution precisely and dosing the gel drip by drip. Thanks to their high concentration, single drips are already enough to create vibrant colours. The FunCakes Gels are bake stable up to 200°C, so it's about time to go for that happy rainbow cake!

Preparation: add the desired amount of colour to for example fondant or a cream, knead or stir it until the colour blends. Keep on kneading or stirring until you have the desired result.
