The concentrated paste colours pastel from Sugarflair give a beautiful colour to marzipan or fondant.
Ingredients: vegetable glycerine (E422), mono propylene glycol (E1520), silicon dioxide (E551), colours: E171, E102, E133. E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Kosher.
Instructions: Stir well before use. Colour in small amount by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured.
Storage advice: Store in sealed containers in a dry place.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
