The PME Edible Glaze gives a beautiful shine effect on marzipan, fondant or chocolate and is edible. The shine effect is more intense when you apply multiple layers. The spray can is easy to use.
The edible glaze from PME is not intended to cover whole cakes. But for a thin layer on decorations (such as sugar flowers) and chocolate.
Ingredients: glazing agent: E904, ethanol, propellant gas. May contain traces of: soy.
Content: 100 ml, in a spray can.
How to use: always use this spray on a different underlay, like a box or newspaper.
