Rainbow Dust ProGel concentrated gel food colours are designed for colouring fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sponge cakes, confectionery glaze (“candy melts”) and other confectionery products. Only a very small amount is needed to achieve an intense and vibrant colour, so one tube lasts for a long time.

Ingredients: humectant E422 (glycerol), water, modified starch (tapioca), colour: E102.
E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
