Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste. A very small amount of this concentrated color is enough to obtain rich and bright colors. The colors can also be mixed to create your own color.

Suitable for water-based food. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Use: With a toothpick or similar. take a small amount of color and mix into the desired mass, cream dough or other product.
Stir or knead the product to be colored until smooth or incompletely if you want to obtain a marble effect. To color eggs: mix hot water, a tablespoon of vinegar and color in a glass. Add a boiled egg and hold until the desired intensity. Eggs can also be boiled together with the color.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colors (E110, E102, E129, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406) ), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102, E110 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soybeans, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame.

Recommended dose: no more than 0.20g/100g of product.
