Smooth melting icing with a delicious white chocolate flavour. Perfect for coating cake pops, fruits, berries, creating drip effects on cakes or decorating other sweet treats.
Once melted, the icing is ready to use for decorating – no additional oil or cocoa butter is required. The drops can be melted multiple times.
If you want a thinner consistency, add a few drops of oil. For a thicker consistency, add a small amount of water. However, after adding liquids the icing is no longer suitable for re-melting.
