The Callebaut Chocolate Callets Gold are unique callets with an intense, but well balanced caramel chocolate, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a pinch of salt. The golden callets have a beautiful warm caramel and pale amber colour, with a golden hue.
The callets are made of the finest Belgian chocolate are ideal for making chocolates, bavarois, ganache and much more. You can off course also dip your cupcake or cookie in the melted chocolate for a lovely effect.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, milkpowder, lactose (milk), whey powder (milk), skimmed milkpowder, sugar, emulsifier (E322) (soy), natural vanilla aroma. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
Due to different temperatures, the callets may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the callets.
Storage: 12-20°C, in a dark, odour-free environment.
