Callebaut Ruby RB2 — unique ruby chocolate made from special Ruby cocoa beans from Latin America and West Africa. It features an intense fruity taste, bright tangy notes and a rich, sparkling pink colour — all naturally, with no artificial colourings or fruit flavourings.

The chocolate comes in callets form, melting quickly and easily — ideal for professionals and confectionery enthusiasts.
