Fondant Multipack Neon Colours 500 g – Renshaw

This elastic and soft-textured fondant is easy to use and perfect for covering cakes, cupcakes, pastries, as well as cutting out decorative shapes. It can also be used for hand modelling and creative cake designs.

To cover a 24–26 cm diameter cake, you will need approximately 600 g of fondant.

Knead well before use and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Place over a smoothed buttercream-coated cake or cupcake and gently smooth it down. Trim the excess. Use cutters or tools to shape decorations.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place (15–20 °C). Once opened, wrap tightly in cling film and place in an airtight bag or container to avoid drying out.
